The video is bad because you resized it. Just leave it at 320x200 and the les will be fine. If you embed it in WM format without converting (re-encoding) it to Flash Video it will be even better.
Flash gets hinky when you try to make it play wmv.. you have to redo it... and the size has to fit in that little box on the 800x600 sizing.
This will be better when I get the higher sized format out... alot easier. And out of the 500+ people who have visited the site in the last few days 50% have it 1024, the other half split it between 800 and 1200... so the 1024 is going to be the most viewed.

I'm just pointing out what the problem is.
Flash cannot play wmv, so you need to find a way to embedd the WM player in the code. I know how to do it in html, and I remember seeing something on the web about doing it in Flash.
But leaving it in its original size will probably take care of the problem - even if flash re-encodes it.
btw which Flash version are you using?
Flash 8 pro.
