It's really not a big deal at all ... I was actually looking forward to it. But no one seems to be that much enthused about anything other than buying shirts.

Hey guys, we really need to get a practice in, and I also have a team that we could scrimmage. They really suck, which would help our confidence. We could scrimmage them sometime next week (tuesday would be best). Let me know.

I'm taking my daughter to Baseball City ... she has a playoff game tomorrow.
We're going to practice batting while we're there, too. We'll be with you in spirit.
Me, Manny, Kris, and Mandy went to the batting cages. It was fun, we got a lot of good swings in. We had to call it a night after the mosquitos started to attack. Even Mandy's white ass was getting bit.

We did really well on about 160 pitches each

I'd really like to practice throwing/catching with the team, though....I throw like a girl.
And seriously, I can go pick up a permit at the Parks & Rec office anytime...there's one really close to my office. I'd like to help, too.

I'd like to have practice this weekend on Sunday, the Spurs schedule says they'd play Fri/Mon, so Sunday is good for the people I've asked so far. If you could pick up a permit and reserve the Olympia field for 4:00, that'd be super.
