    Funny how the original post was about Dallas people ripping on everything San Antonio...not unlike the San Antonians ripping on everything Dallas in this thread! Anyway, I'm from Austin and every city's different so I'll leave it at that. I love to go to Dallas and watch basketball, hear the DSO but I love to go to San Antonio to eat Mexican food and go to Sea World. I will agree, when I drive to Dallas, I cringe hearing those hicks on ESPN Dallas rip on their teams all the time, it's pathetic.

    35 is a nightmare either way, the new braunfels close to 2 skinny lanes sucks with all the 18 wheelers on the road.

    ing Dallas is ridiculous. I never heard of a town so overhyped. I beleive the above, 'cause I've heard from a lot of ppl in Dallas that's all they talk about now, the Mavs.

    I was born and raised in San Atonio and have been a Spurs fan my entire life. Having lived in Dallas for five years and listened to The Ticket for five years, it's obvious that EVERY sports radio station is copying their format. The Ticket has influenced sports talk radio tremendously. You guys can knock Dallas all you want, but the Ticket is greatness.

    Yeah. While the radio stations around here do say retarted stuff sometimes, I have never heard them remotely insult San Antonio and the people of San Antonio.

    As for the talk of a championship, the city is excited because the mavs actually have a shot this year.. who cares what they talk about you dont have to listen.

    Galloway is alright...I used to listen to him. And before that, Chuck and Newy on the "Big Show"...etc etc.

    But I started listening to The Ticket a couple years ago and now I listen from 6:45 am to 6:45 pm.

    You either "get" The Ticket or you don't...it's not for everyone...
