That looks good but I would love a grilled medium rare, boneless ribeye with a garlic-olive oil garnish right about now with a side of spinach-mashed potatoes.
those enchiladas look great.
I love enchiladas, If i could pick one food to eat, everyday, all day, it would be that.
and yes, ranch is good but don't diss Buttermilk, goes great with chicken breast strips or fries.
