i appear to be the only one who finds it tp be a little bit of a headscratcher that that girl only likes those three guys at random out of everyone in the finals.

two of them aren't even good players...one of them is classless...one of them should be hated by her for costing the Spurs a le (by the way, im not talking about van horn)...and possibly would be if he wasn't snow white.
she also singled out at least three black players for scorn (harris, shaq, terry)

on some level, i suspect that this chick would be pretty jazzed if Michael Doleac makes his way of the Heat bench.
It is also a little bit telling that she put forth the name Jason Williams as a serious outsider candidate that she would like to see take Finals MVP (i'd like to see him put together 2 quality games in 1 series first).
I'm pretty sure there is some forum here where race relationships would be an appropriate discussion. I'm pretty sure that this isn't it. I'm pretty sure that Mavs' trolls are too ing stupid to figure that out.
Heat wouldn't be there without Shaq, if they win he should get it. If the mavs win Dirk should get it.
If Heat win I think Shaq will try to make Wade the star because he wants to rub it in Kobes face that Wade got an MVP of the Finals and he didn't.

come on... The suns were in full attack mode. They get to pad their stats just because they suck and are losing? If the ball is in Marion's hands on a fastbreak with time winding down the same thing happens... but because they are losing it's okay?
The Suns can only blame themselves for extending the game much longer than they had any reason to.

no, but if you tell me your favorite players are jason williams, radmonivic, "the polish rifle", and jj re , I might make some reasonable assumptions about your personal preferences, especially given that a majority of the outstanding players in the league are black.
Liking Jason Williams in and of itsself means nothing other than that you have bad taste.
I like lots of NBA players, so really this is a mute point. I can't stand JJ Re , Rasho, and a bunch of other white players. If it weren't for the fact that I already said I liked mad dog you could probably call me a racist also in the reverse sense of Angel. Either way its stupid though because obviously she doesn't hate all black players. As a Spurs fan, she's probably a Duncan fan, which ok he's half white so then she was probably a Robinson fan...maybe likes Finley or Horry. Her points about not liking Harris and Terry and Shaq all make sense when you realize she's a Spurs fan. Terry is an annoying punk. It has nothing to do with race. Make him a purple elephant and he'd still be annoying and a punk. As for Shaq, he called the Spurs a WNBA team a few years ago. He had a lot more crap to say about SA, and all of it was more clever than the crap that comes out of Cuban's mouth. So, I can see why she'd dislike him too. This racist thing is just nonsense.

Look, i've been here longer than you have. Angel does not have racist tendencies. If anything she has some odd taste in guys and tends to like players that she'd fancy dating in real life. That's all. It's not a racist thing.

It's not about respect for the Heat, it's all about hatred for the Mavs. Do you actually think the Spurs fans give a rat's ass about the Heat?
The Spurs fans would be throwing the city of Miami and the state of Florida under the bus right now if the Spurs were in the finals.
Dwyane Wade = MVP.. Detroit couldn't stop him and the mavs pseudo defense can't either.

Of course, because Spurs fans know we can beat the Heat. Rasho and Nazr would actually be useful in that scenario.
We basically played the Mavs short-handed, they matched up better to us, and pulled out a win. Mavs > Spurs, I'm not arguing that.
But, do I blame Spurs fans for jumping on the Heat bandwagon? Not at all. Shaq is from SA, after all.
Personally, I don't care who wins, I just want to see some exciting games, and look forward to next year when we play you guys again.
SHAQ, baby. He's going to be the difference maker, though Wade and Dirk will have a couple of amazing games.
