    Arkansas sucks on so many levels, but mainly because they keep the freaking chicken coops open 24 hours. And they actually have a budget for replacing the "Home of President Bill Clinton" signs on I-30 in Hope, which are frequently vandalized.

    A strange thing did happen to me in Hope, though. I used to pick up at a Temple Inland plant there which was near the airport. The airport in Hope is named for Bob Hope, and I was waiting at a stop sign and looking right at the Bob Hope Airport sign when they came on the radio and announced his death. Kinda spooky.
