i thought about it but breaking up with her will be worse than telling her i cheated...besides i dont want to... since you say i dont love her i dont know what i feel for her... what can i do if i break up with her ill be sad and feel ed up and she will be sad and feel ed up... same thing if i tell her what happened .... so really i have no choice but to not say anything

You're weighing short term happiness with long term anguish. If you don't tell her,chances are (unless you're completely heartless) it will eat at you inside and as a result your relationship will deteriorate regardless. So if you end it now there will be no massive break up in the future when inevitably these things work themselves out of the closet. Take Kori's advice and break up with her. It's for both your good.

Now you say you will hurt her if you break up, so you aren't going to do it.
In the short term, sure she'll be hurt. In the long term, she'll be better off. Because currently she thinks she's in a faithful relationship, right? And don't think just because you don't tell her that she won't find out that you cheated. Women know things. Beware of the wrath when she figures it out.

Both herpes and HPV can be spread even with condom use, dumbass. And HPV won't do anything to you, but it can give her cervical cancer. You can be as careful as you want, but you can still get , and I suggest you get tested regardless so you don't give something to your next one night stand.
