Another bit of info. Karaulov's birthdate is listed as April 15, 1984.
That changes everything.
I've seen it listed differently. Nov 30, 1982 seems to be the one I see most.
I'm going by his team website and FIBA.
He was drafted in 2004 and he isn't on the Early entry list (http://www.nba.com/draft2004/early_040618.html#early ) : he sould be born in 1982.

BTW, good idea to bring one of his teammate with him. Spurs' FO doesn't give up on Karaulov while he seems not able to play in nba one day.
They brought in a teammate last time too. Ershov - the tallest guy in the team photo.
If the Spurs screwed up again on a guy's age after Nocioni, that's on them.

Karaulov looks like he's 12 years old in that pic. Maybe he just looks that way like Jermaine O'Neal who looks like he's still teething.
Good new, we will see if Sanikidze is still able to play BB even if the U20B level is quite low.
I didn't realize Sanikidze isn't even 20 yet.
Sanikidze has played 24 min and scored 15 points against Finland today.
It's meaningless because the level of the compe ion should be very weak, but at least he can still play BB after his big injury.
Sanikidze should be in summer league. You can't take anything from U20 games.
