    Exactly.

Spurs fans should view Butler as a lotto pick. There's a chance he comes in and puts up numbers right away but there's an even bigger chance that it takes some time to work him into things.

Much like Mahinmi, the Spurs won't be looking to throw Butler into the fire until he's ready. There's a big difference between being on the Knicks and being on a team where every play all season is under a microscope.

Curry is the superior athlete - who dunks better and runs the floor faster, and will score when the refs let him bully his man. Jackie had better finesse moves around the hoop, was a better shooter, and had a superior sense of the team game. Throw him the ball in the post, he'd look quickly for his shot, and when it wasn't there, he'd hold the ball high over his head and find a teammate. Oh, yeah, one more thing. Jackie looked like the smarter player - at 21, with almost no professional coaching to speak of.

    whoa

if NY fans are this mad over Butler(didn't happen over Nazr 2 yrs ago in exchange of Malik), maybe they really like Butler's potential and his future with the team.

    too bad.

CIA Pops just outsmarted Isaiah on this one.
Think the Knicks will ever deal with the Spurs again?

I hope Thomas becomes GM of the Lakers next.
Nah!! Don't need to concern ourselves with them. Better that Cuban hire Thomas next.

At least I'm not the only one shocked that the Knicks didn't match. It should have been a no-brainer.

    Nice job, San Antonio.

I'm telling ya, it's those pictures that CIA Pop has of Isaiah and Magic in the showers that forces Thomas to make trades so favorable to the Spurs.

    Isaiah is
