were you into LFO?
The Smashing Pumpkins are back--Billy reassembled the band after his dismal failure with ZWAN and his pretentious solo album TheFutureEmbrace (all one word..ugh..).
Also, Slayer is not gone, I just saw them in July. Still rockin, still pure.
I agree with midge about Toadies, but I do like that one line in the song Tyler.
I'd have to say At The Drive In. Anyone recommend some good songs by Stabbing Westward? Just heard that one song by them on the Spawn Soundtrack Torn Apart or something.
The original Lynyrd Skynyrd lineup
Allman Brothers
Molly Hatchet
.38 Special
Ungod (Ungod Album)
What Do I Have to Do (Wither Blister Burn and Peel Album)
Falls Apart (Wither Blister Burn and Peel Album)
Sleep (Wither Blister Burn and Peel Album)
Save Yourself (Darkest Days Album)
Torn Apart (Darkest Days Album)
The Thing I Hate (Darkest Days Album)
When I'm Dead (Darkest Days Album)
Those are my personal favourites... Listen to those 3 albums first, and then if your brave the self- led album. It is completely different.
Elliott Smith.......... RIP
and I don't think Fiona Apple will be releasing anything soon.
Veruca Salt
MegaDeath
Smashing Pumpkins
Rage Against the Machine
Alice in Chains
megadeth is touring right now. do you mean pre-born again mustaine megadeth?
There was talk of possibly releasing the Jon Brion produced version of "Extraordinary Machine," but I won't be holding my breath.
fiona must not have the strength anymore. eating more than once a week would probably help. i couldn't figure out if she was a smack addict or not, but it sure looked like it.
Damn, I can't believe I didn't say Elliott Smith. He was truly beautiful. "Everybody hurts. Everybody understands."
I loved them. They opened for Bush in 97 or some ... my very first concert. Aw.Veruca Salt
Yeah I was looking forward to that, it was going to be a internet release only? There was talk of possibly releasing the Jon Brion produced version of "Extraordinary Machine," but I won't be holding my breath.
Jon Brion is pure genius!
Pantera ......
The first band mentioned so far of which I actually own a album.
EDIT: And the only band.
any band that has a flute in it I consider too heavy to listen to.
Parliament/Funkadelic
Ohio Players
Average White Band (although it appears they're touring again)
