right now tony lives in champions run...my parents live on the same street. you can see eva's red sports car ever now and again. i can't remember if its a mercedes or not.
when i'm in town i always see them at quiznos on stone oak pkwy or HEB on evans.
i thought they were building their new house in waterford heights (near canyon springs, closer than champions).
That's correct. He also owns a home in Terrell Hills and various other property. Eva said the house they were building was in Anaqua (sp?) Springs. I don't know if they are still doing that. I remember Pop saying that Tony is very real estate savvy.right now tony lives in champions run
aquina springs is very nice. we have some friends that live up there (north of the city on 10...by bourne, i think) and their place makes everthing in SA look like the poor house.
i've only been there once but it reeked of money. every house seemed to be on 2+acres and 10,000+ sqft.
edit: i was thinking of tapatillo springs...never been to aquna springs
My parents went to the Parade of Homes when they first did Anaqua Springs last year and saw Robert Horry looking at the homes. He wasn't on their tour he was there on his own.

I thought Tony and Eva lived in Champions Run as well. I live in Canyon Springs and swear I saw Eva running on Canyon Golf Rd.
right now they do, or at least as of a month ago when i saw eva's car in the driveway.

Not doing it yet. they have not convinced the builder they want to build the house to commit to the demand of people and resources in general it would take to build the house he wants.
Anaqua springs is on boerne stage coach rd. Same exit as rudys or leon springs dance hall. they had the last 2 parade of homes out there. Pretty nice place lots of privacy if you can afford the bigger lots, also has some nice views.

Yes...Sean sold Rodman his house. It was right around the corner from mine.
Interesting note...Sean didn't want it back because it was a very modern design and cool looking house but very badly built and had perrenial roof leaks. It eventually got black mold so bad that it was torn down last year.
I would appreciate it if the talk of where the players live was kept vague and general (like neighborhoods only/not streets).

and lookin at the roads near the spurs training facility, wtf is there 2 roundabouts? isnt that just wasting money down the drain, expecially with the 2 roundabout where the person can just do a righthand turn instead of drivin up and down.....i see theres a kennel next to the pool
