Therefore, the game-up will be a half. If StL is 1.5 up or more, there will be no make up game. If StL is only .5 up, there will be.
In that situation, if StL wins, they win. If StL loses, it's a tie.
If St Louis is 1/2 up or behind, then they play SF. If they are behind 1/2 and they win, then they play at Houston.
