Pretty sad when none of last night's starters played a minute.
Beno has to pass a physical test before the Spurs will clear him to play. Apparently he hasn't passed it yet or I think he would have played tonight. Tony, Manu, Tim and Bruce didn't even go on the trip.

damn watching this game made think about the future when Tim.Tony,Manu,and Bruce will no longer be playing.

Looks like the rest of the team is making a concerted effort to rebound. They learned their lesson from last year - hopefully. Looks good.

Yao played a lot of minutes for a pre-season game. When Butler came in, he thus became Yao's . Sad. Abused time and time again in the post.
Elson was much more successful against him.
He has looked great in the other preseason games, tonight he just sucked. He has nice hands and good post moves. And he's not afraid to bang at all. I think with the combination of Oberto-Butler-Elson and their variety of strengths, the Spurs will be fine. They are all very different.Always glad to be wrong when it comes to Spur deficiencies.
why is that?? it's not like we are gonna have these garbage players playing for us, i'm sure we'll have at least one player that is worth a damn when them four are gone
i'm sure we aren't going to have them, but the Spurs aren't going to be that good once Bowen,Duncan,Ginobili,and Parker are gone.
