Scrub? Bowen's been all the all defensive team a couple of times...wait, let me make sure the mavs fans that jumped on the bandwagon with Nellie ball understand where I'm coming from. During the time in a game in which a team does not have possession of the ball they are said to be on "defense". At the end of the season a player who has played "defense" well by "defending" his basket can be nominated for an award saluting their ability to play "defense".

Now that we're all caught up, Bowen is a great defender. Just ask your last golden boy Mike Finley. He'll get in Howard's jersey, but more importantly he'll get in Howard's head, frustrate him, and make him do something stupid.
