They were saying on CNN that she wasn't feeling well last night and had a fever.

HAha ok that's one guy not society, and it was a civil matter, that was her verse his family, and when there is a civil matter each party has to pay their own attorney and court fees. State and tax payers don't have anything to do with civil matters, and any celebrity would of had the same thing happen, that's not her fault.

I would think the paternity issue would be solved pretty quickly. Without Anna Nicole's interference, the test will finally be performed; and whoever is the father will have custody - end of story.
As for the millions tied up in the lawsuit - since Anna Nicole is now dead, does the case still go forward? I would think not, since nothing was settled before she died. I guess the lawyer's will fight it out.
She was pretty messed up to begin with and wasn't strong enough to handle all the problems piling up. What a tragic end to a very tragic life.
