Pop needs to use Butler and White as leverage. The players know that their playing time is secured whether they play hard or not. Giving time to those two even they stink it up will show that those that play hard will play. Yeah, I know Butler has been getting tagged for bad practice but how can a player practice for a whole year and not get bored? Play him. See what happens.
