That was two years ago. Get your years strait.![]()
Anyone know who the announcers will be for ESPN telecast tonight? I should be right behind them in 2nd row on floor. I scored some great tickets at face value ($240 each) and sold my own season tickets for this game. I'm in section 119 but not sure what part of row BB I'm on. I just know that 119 is centercourt.

I think Tirico might be PBP, but Bill Walton and Jon Barry are with him.
Avery is on radio and just said that D.George is out tonight.
Says they are going to limit his minutes for the remainder of the regular season to make sure he's ready to go come playoff time.
It will be extremely interesting to see how this game is played. I'm sure the Mavs are going to come out and try to get physical with the Suns right from the start. Avery ripped them pretty bad after their lame effort vs. GState and they're chomping at the bit to play again (against anyone). I predict that the Mavs will get in early foul trouble.
...i didn't think i agreed with him but this guy made a good case for the rivalry in his peice.
...too bad we likely won't get to see this matchup in the playoffs.
You get your years "straight". Steve Nash won his 2nd MVP last year and he pretty much solidified it by ting on Dirk and the Mavs in their building around this time last year.

Wouldn't surprise me to see it happen again. The driving force remains Nash, the reigning NBA MVP who again victimized his former team and good buddy Dirk Nowitzki. He orchestrated an offense that rang up 34 points in the fourth quarter and dealt Dallas its first home loss since December 30 vs. Golden State.
"It was a little more than a normal game in that we had a win streak going and they had a home streak going and the fact that they've had a terrific year," Nash said. "It's a good win for us to beat a really good team on their home floor."
119 is center court behind the local radio and tv broadcasters. The national broadcasters are across the court by themselves at midcourt.
That's right...I knew that. Thanks.
since i hate everything that is dallas, i hope my boy amare can give dirk a ing facial and all over every mav fan out there.
That is pretty much the only way the Mavs can beat the Suns anyway.
They have to junk up the game, be physical, and grab and hold as much as they can. The mavs have enough depth to use their fouls and win that way.
If they get into a free flowing game the Suns will most likely run them over.
Yea and mav fans are the bad ones.![]()
Me thinks that the Suns are going to get blown out
I have to agree. Mavs win by around 20 tonight.
If this game comes down to a couple possessions (6pts or less) it's not going to determine that one team is better than the other. Both teams are very evenly match. Early in the season the Suns were having a hard time holding late leads. Now they seem to have that solved.
Let's not forget that the Mavs have a long home streak on the line.
If it's a blow out for either team, this late in the season, then i think it will establish that team as the one to beat. They still meet up once more in PHX, but by then the seedings should be set.
Going to be a great game.
The Suns do not get blown out. Not until Nash went out did they suffer a double digit loss. And, they've only had two double digit losses all season. I'd be mighty surprised if the Mavs blow them out.
I'd like to see the Mavs take this one. With a little luck we can catch the Suns, bust up the brackets a bit.
I think Mavs took the GState game off to prepare for this one. And rightfully so. Streaks mean nothing to anyone but fans and media.
Good game!
This game is going to cause my heart to burst before it's over.
Suns looking pretty good so far. Looks like D'Antoni specifically told Diaw to get involved early. Too bad STAT out with foul trouble.
Phantom foul...I didn't see anyone push Dirk. Should have been a charge.
