No I was just wondering if I ever played against you, I went to Lee and we played a couple games against Marshall
(but I could see how that sounded a little gay stalker)

OMG I feel old. And Im not even old. Wait a minute....
I don't bulk up when I lift. I try to balance muscle definition as well as strength and size.
It is nice to see the max press go up, though.
I weigh 160 and run reps with 145. Max press isn't my forte, but I can put up 215 on a good day. I usually hate maxing out though, it's such a strain on the body and if you slip or have poor form, it can lead to serious injury.
*edit*
I'll toss in a photo of me. I just started lifting again.. it's easy to get the form back, but hard to get the weight training endurance where you can just lift for 3-4 hours without feeling like you're about to die. Grrr.
Anyway, pic:
Yeah, I know. I look small.
Not sure how much I can bench, but I regularly do about 18-20 reps of curls with 12-16 ounces...

jman went to Marshall? Damn, I had no idea he and I had that in common.
I could never bench much weight, given my size (my all-time max was about 335 in college); I could squat the fieldhouse, but had very little upper-body strength when I was lifting.
I max out at 225. All in all bench press is useless.
i like this.
looking back, i've improved a lot
i can hit 225 now, when about 9 months ago I was at 180.
, on a good day I can do 180, I try to keep a steady rep with 150
