This makes me sad. I loved Willis when he was here. He fit in perfectly with us at that point. Who can forget his effort against the Lakers in 03.
The answer to the series is how Diop can defend Duncan. Judging by past performance...pretty damn well. KDub is only being brought in for leadership. He might have a season high 3 rebounds some game in the upcoming 10, but he won't be a difference maker ON THE FLOOR. Let's see how smart this move is...
He's being brought in case Damp & Diop both get in foul trouble or one gets injured. Any leadership and experience is just a bonus. To say that's the only reason he's being brought in is just not the true.

who cares about shaq....how the are the Mavericks going to stop Amare? Pathetic efforts so far out of Damp and Diop. I doubt a 44 year old will do much better.
my post was a joke. but we dont need to stop Amare. do what the Spurs did a couple years ago. let him get his points, but beat the out of everyone else. Bell, Barbosa, Marion, Diaw can all be shut down if you simply get physical with them. Nash will always get his points. Amare will get his as well. But they arent capable of winning a 7 game series on their own. We just can let Bell and Barbosa kill us with 50 threes a game like they do to most other teams.
