Please, can we get back to talking basketball and away from personal attacks? I can't help it if all my predictions come true and I end up looking smarter in the end.
I don't think some people realize your doing a SpursDynasty impression

I wish the Mavs were serious about not tying the noose so tightly. They could really have waken up and slipped their heads out before they jumped and choked against Golden State. I have to say, the Mavs are no strangers to choking, they really did last year as well, and to this day have zero championships. I give a slight edge to the Mavericks because they are extremely dominant in the regular season when it matters the most, but when it comes to the playoffs they don't know what to do. It's a tossup for sure, but if you put me on the spot, I might actually take the Spurs over the Mavs. Of course, in their prime, the Spurs would've destroyed Dallas.

    Spurs > Mavs.
The Warriors and the referees did what the Spurs could not. Dampier and Diop own Duncan, who is an overrated fluke. The Spurs three les were flukes because the first time it was half a season and the Spurs got all the calls against the Knicks, and then the second time the League was tired of the Lakers dominating so the refs screwed them against the Spurs. Same thing when you guys "beat" the Pistons. The Mavericks own you since we sent you fishing last year and we took the season series 3-1.

We can only hope Parker get the Kobe treatment of last year. You guys wont get mad about it. Only pussies do that.

BTW, looking at that spurs lineup, I don't really think they are wanting this thing to turn into a boxing match.

No kidding. That Canadian point guard is quite intimidating.

That hard foul that Raja gave Manu in game one is 100 times worse than getting grazed by Bruce's toe. But Manu's not a big puss, so he didn't make a stink over it. In fact, Manu gets HAMMERED and usually just gets back up and brushes himself off.

But for the record, Manu holding his legs wasn't a dirty move it was a smart move, whenever a player fouls someone who has a dunk opportunity it's always a smart move, this was much the same because Manu had no other way of stopping Amare because he was on the floor, it's not his fault the ref didn't see it...

I understand Amare being mad because where bowen kicked him and no player really wants to be injured but to call bowen and manu dirty?? Come on now stop ing and just play the game. The spurs now have soft and dirty players who are boring to watch. Well dallas is an exciting team and where are they?? Spurs play their own style and get the wins.. thats all that matters.

Interesting that Bowen was voted best defender in a players poll. I didn't see the poll results for dirtiest player.

I agree. As long as you're not trying to hurt someone anything you can get away with is fair game in my book.

Yes, and he was suspended for his actions, which was the correct thing to do.

    EXCELENT ANALYSIS!!!!

So let me get this strait... Kicking someone is the same thing as a hard foul?

Every fan I have talked to, regardless of what team, all agree that swipe was not a natural move. It really is amazing how some of you Spurs fans see something entirely different just because its your team.

Woooow! Nooooow I get that looking through stained glass reference!

Not to mention it was Amare's hard pick which sent Ginobili to the floor.

Such a desperation move by the Suns organization.

And for all of the yapping about Bowen, that's one thing that he and Raja don't have in common. Of the two, only Raja has ever been suspended for something done to another player. Like I said elsewhere today, compare the league's disciplinary history with Bowen and the same history with Bell, and then tell me who the dirty player is. It's not like the league is going to go out of its way to protect Bowen -- a guy who defends the marquee players in the league night-after-night.

And, again, I still wonder why the Spurs are being called the crybabies in this series.

Makes him sound like a little girl. However, I think if it were the other way around, we'd be complaining as well and wanting someone like Raja Bell to get suspended.

I agree with your last sentence. If it was Duncan that this was happening to you don't think he would say something and be upset by Bowen and Manu's actions?

He might be upset, but I don't think he'd express his frustrations to the meida. He's only done that once that I can recall, and that was the Joey Crawford situation, which warranted some explanation.

Like Pop -- and apparently, unlike the Phoenix Suns franchise -- Duncan doesn't take his gripes with players or officials to the media.
