What's wrong with La Vernia?
I had some friends of our family live with us for a while and they were living in Phoenix. They weren't basketball fans at all, but their license plate said Arizona.
When the Spurs beat the Suns in 05, some dumbass idiots wrote how about them Suns on the back window of the van from the dirt.
Some Spurs fans are just as stupid as Suns fans.
I am guessing your last visit was not a pleasant one?LOL. As far as cities go, Phoenix is way better than San Antonio.
I've lived in both places, and I beg to differ. Clearly the smog, heat, cactus and tumbleweeds have gotten to your head.
you come from your mommy not spanish

I am sure he could always walk around the SA airport in the western conference champs shirt

Phoenix is awesome....
If you enjoy listening to police sirens all night.
Heck, I live near a hospital in Chicago and I hear less noise at night than I did living in Phoenix.
They probably realize how lucky they were, avoiding a fight with a real badass such as yourself. They must have known you were the Internet Tough Guy Champ for 2006, so they just looked down and moved out of your way.![]()

Oh no, being an international airport and major hub and all, I'm sure it was packed to the gills with thousands of Suns fans.
there's a couple hundred here
I was under the impression that SA's traffic was horrible-until I drovethru PHX a few weeks ago! Anyway, my aunt is just absolutely LOVING wearing the Championship T-shirt I sent her all over town in Cleveland!!
I am a Spurs fan, from SA, and I now live in Scottsdale. I have lived in both places, and I can tell you that each has advantages over the other in different ways. Demograpically, it's the same place.
Traffic is good in spots, and bad in spots in both places. No way does PHX or SA have worse traffic than LA or Chicago.
I'd take SA's weather over PHX, but only because you can't grow grass (or tomatoes) here in AZ without having a $200/mo water bill.
Good jobs are easier to come by in Phoenix than in SA. There's more industry here. Then again, including Austin in the debate negates that somewhat.
For families with children, schools are better in Texas. Hands down. No contest.
It is WAY cheaper to live in Texas- not just the taxes, but also the cost of housing and food is cheaper.
SA= Spurs (3 rings) PHX= Suns (0 rings)
All things considered, if I could move back to Texas, I would, but that's not possible now for me. I will just have to settle for "business trips" to Austin, ironically always scheduled around Spurs games.![]()
Are you trying to make your point about the schools?
If you sayDo you remember "never say die" ?
![]()
Uh, no. I'm saying the basketball is better in SA.![]()
