I'll add my su ion that WNBA guards, forced to play 4 years of collegiate basketball to have any realistic chance to play professionally, are likely to have mastered the flummoxing "there/their/they're" usage dilemma -- though I must admit that completely failing in two different attempts to use the proper word in one sentence is impressive!!

The WNBA provides great rolemodels for young girls who could otherwise be looking up to the likes of PAris Hilton, Nicole Richie, and Brittany Spears. It's a good thing. If you have a daughter, a little sister, a little cousin that's a girl, etc, this shouldn't be too hard to grasp.

What's so funny about E20's challenge is that, even if he were to win, he'd still go back to working the register at a convenience store (or wherever he does that) while the WNBA player would still go back to being paid to play basketball and entertain a fanbase that, while smaller than most, is fairly rabid.

As far as women's basketball goes, depending on how good E20 is he may be right about being able to beat some of the girls in the WNBA. I went to school with a couple of girls who I believe are ranked nationally and one plays for some junior olympic team. She could very easily end up in the WNBA in a few years. She comes to open gyms and plays with the guy all the time so I know for a certain fact that I can beat her. Although she holds her own and is better than some of the guys, she just isn't strong enough physically to beat me, although her basketball skills are probably alot better than mine.
That said, I still respect what she does and realize that she'll go farther with basketball than I ever will. Just because shes a girl and can't compete with guys physically doesn't take away from what she does. I'm planning on coming back to watch their games this year because they have a really high chance of winning state and i'll support them. But as far as E20's bet goes, he may could beat a WNBA player I can't say for sure but if he's a pretty good basketball player then i'd say he definately could.
Okay go let a Mosquito bite the out of you 7 times and twice in the tricep, then wait two days and take that itching like a man or in your case a woman. Um, I used to work in the Hill Country all summer taking care of handicapped kids and got bit by more mosquitos than I care to remember. And I took it like a woman, enduring the temps approaching 100, high humidity and pushing, pulling wheelchairs and lifting 150 lb teens out of their wheelchairs to take them swimming and horseback riding. I never once had to go to the emergency room like a little pussy, even though they itched like .
