Oh for the good old days when celebrities would release sex tapes to embarass themselves rather than risk jail time and the lives of others. I think Governor Ahnuld needs put some money into a state funded iniative for that. Maybe get Pam Anderson as a celebrity spokesperson.

Repeat DUI offenders like Richie and Hilton, both of whom are super-rich and thus have no excuse not to catch a cab/limo/whatever anywhere they go, should have their licenses taken off them for life after the third offense. Are you sure that a second DUI is automatically a felony? I'm not aware of any such rule.

I was cracking up one time I was standing in line at the grocery store and happened to come across a copy of People magazine. Paris Hilton had an article in there.
