If the Suns lose Marion they would be taking a big risk. I really don't think they will trade him. They would lose a lot of their run and gun style that revolves around Nash and Marion. Also, if they got someone like Kirilenko or Odom, they would only have one good perimeter defender (Raja Bell.) How would they defend teams like the Spurs or Mavs who have multiple perimeter scoring threats? Last year Marion defended Parker most of the time, with Bell on Ginobili. Without Marion the Suns can't stop Duncan or Parker.
Odom is 10 times better than marion could ever be. marion is a good guy and i love him to death along with amare. but odom is going to be a pimp on the court.
be scared timmy duncan and spurs fanatics. grant hill is a beast and nash is working all off-season on defense. i will bet anyone here that nash is going to win DPOY next season. amare is going to come back and own it whether he runs on the court or not... he will slam dunk it like a kid dunks an oreo in milk.
