Fillmoe doesn't fight battles he knows he won't win. You got played by trying to make a bet with him. You may as well be asking him to go down on Nocal510.

You must be re ed. They aren't even starting John Beck. They are starting Cleo Lemon.

Oakland > Chargers

Yea. I went back and looked at Tom Brady's stats, and every year hes been the starter except for 2002, he had at least 1 four interception game. All QBs have ty days. I'm not sure what makes these idiots here think that Romo can't be allowed to have one.
If the Chargers regain form (one week isn't enough to convince me), I would absolutely hate playing them in the playoffs, especially cuz they'll be super pissed as well. I still think New England is just plain better, but if San Diego gets some momentum they could be .
It won't happen tho. Norv Turner.
I can't talk for other QB's, but here's three reasons why Brady gets a pass for a bad game -

not sure Tony Romo has the skins on the wall to get a free pass for bad games.
Patriots > Cowboys
The Cowboys are very good; the Patriots have the look of an historic juggernaut.
As far as Pats-Cowboys, I think the Cowboys have a decent shot at winning this game. I don't think New England is way better, and if the Patriots don't bring their A-game, the Cowboys will win.
But, if both teams DO bring their A-games, New England wins this without a doubt.
I'm gonna say Patriots 34-Cowboys 27
It's also very possible that the Patriots blow out the Cowboys, but there's no way in the Cowboys blow out the Patriots.
I think the Cowboys take this game but the Pats will take the Super Bowl.
Dude, I'm not even taking a shot at Brady, don't get so defensive. My point is, is that all QBs will have a bad game from time to time. Brady had a 4 pick game the year he won the first SB. But he had no rings at that times, so that doesn't mean he deserved a free pass. The fact is, all QB's, whether young or old, will have a bad game from time to time. Its all about how they respond to the bad game, that matters.
When something goes wrong for him, he does not show his face until it all just passes by.![]()
If Romo wasn't 5 starts into his second year as a starter he might not get questioned so much.
It took Brady winning a second ring before everyone was convinced he was a franchise QB. Romo's played well but he hasn't proven . And a 5 INT game (that easily could have been an 8 INT game) against Buffalo deserves scrutiny.
lol at least we don't have to put Romo on suicide watch after a loss. lol @ LT
The fact that everyone is so quick to bash Romo speaks for itself. Only the GREAT teams are hated. Current team= great, no. But you get what I'm saying.
Boys will get massacred on Sunday. It's all good, I just want to see them in the Super Bowl.

I never said there is a problem with people questioning him. I simply said all QB's have bad games from time to time, and to say that just one bad game means they suck is utterly ridiculous. And he also deserves props, because despite his horrible game, he still found a way to make plays, and lead an 80 yard TD drive at the end, as well as another quick drive with 18 seconds left to put his team in FG range. It takes incredible balls to do that. Not many QBs in league history could have had the balls to overcome a bad game the way Romo did. The only QBs today that could have MAYBE done what Romo did last night is Tom Brady and Vince Young.
Patriots versus Cowboys. Let the Smug Bowl commence.
You mean...if it came down to these to teams in the SB...the Patriots would win.
you're not forgetting the Colts, are you?
dam good game last night .....makes for a better one on Sunday!! get out da BARBACOA !!!!!!
I misread...but I still don't think the Pats will be in the SB if the Colts are still this good come the playoffs. I'd like to see the Pats play a game without 5 key starters...if it wasn't for the stupid mistakes by Cleveland's QB (of which, there were MANY) on Sunday...the Patriots might've lost.
1. Which team most recently intercepted Tom Brady four times?
[_]A. Indianapolis Colts
[_]B. Indianapolis Colts
[_]C. Indianapolis Colts
[_]D. Indianapolis Colts
[_]E. All of the above
I always preferred multiple choice.
I'll take your bet TSA. What do you want to bet, that the Boys dont get blown out? I'll go ahead and say that the Boys will win this game, so we can bet on that.
