Been there! What about Redondo Beach, Santa Monica Beach and the famous Venice Beach. As a kid we used to ride bikes to Playa Del Rey beach which was a straight shot down Imperial Blvd. Also use to ride them to Redondo Beach Pier straight down Manhattan blvd.
