I'm not sure that's her assessment -- particularly when she concurs with a plan to give driver licenses to illegal aliens. And, that was the question to her, not who she thinks is responsible for immigration law but whether or not she supports the Governor of New York's plan to issue driver licenses to illegal immigrants.

But, as for me, I think it is both a federal and a state issue.

A federal issue from the perspective of immigration and border security. A state issue from the perspective of criminal law enforcement and civil policing in their respective jurisdictions.

You asked for a yes or no question to something you claimed Hillary stood for. I'm not convinced that was her assessment. There is no indication she misunderstands the governor's intention to license illegal aliens.

And, as for the "raise your hand" thing. It was pretty funny watching the Democrats trying to figure out how you raise your hand without raising your hand.
