OK here it goes.
This forum is a program that dynamically creates web pages for you and me to read. Basically what it means is that what you are watching right now is unique in the sense that it has been created out of the data from a database containing all the posts and threads and in accordance to the settings in your control panel and some other variables (ie whether you are reading this for the first time or not).
So every post that is made is stored in the database and has a unique serial number that started with 1 when the first post on this forum was posted. There is a slight problem though: When a post is deleted the post count is adjusted but the serial number is not, so while the post count just reached 2 millions the serial number for the posts has past that number a while ago.
In order to figure out who the 2 millions poster is I went into the database and figured out how many posts have been deleted since the beginning of SpursTalk.com. This number is: 80284
So whoever has created post number 2080284 is in fact the poster that posted ST's 2 millions' post.
May I have the envelope please...

Those are posts that have been deleted for some reason. If a user has been deleted it doesn't influence the post count - their posts are still here and counted.
