The Celtics bench spent as much time standing as sitting, and Cleveland's reserves, too, were involved from the outset. Tempers flared late in the first half when Cavs guard Devin Brown got into an exchange with three Celtics, including Garnett.
I'm glad Lebron got the W. Oddly enough, I really like him as a player this season. Unlike many other 1 man players in the league: Kobe, TMac, AI/Melo, etc. he plays a great all around game and clearly is carrying that subpar Cavs team to wins. And he does it all without complaining publicly![]()

This win by the Cavs just proves that they are still a legitimate contender in the East. Of course, like what KG endured in Minnesota, LeBron doesn't always have stellar play from his teammates. Drew Gooden has to bring that type of intensity every night.
The Celtics are reminding me a lot of that Piston team of two years ago in which they'll get off to a great start, but will eventually fizzle out late in the playoffs due to bad coaching and thin depth.
Even though a championship is or should be the ultimate goal for every NBA team, I think if the Celtics make it all the way to the conference finals and lose, they'll still feel that the season was a success as opposed to the Pistons who considered it a big disappointment in 05-06.
