I believe wholeheartedly that this "out indefinitely" is more than just about a bone spurs.

The team is good enough to make the playoffs even without Tony as long as start sharing the ball again and start playing according to the system...
Tony being out indefinitely may just be the kick in the butt they needed to realize that there is no cavalry on the horizon!
