Any way I've tried to save or copy those pics I still get the water mark.
I can't post them here, it's not allowed.
But I have a few, probably several, that I would love to have without the water mark.
Can you do that for me? Or tell me how to remove it?

That foot needs to be moved a bit to the right and lowered.

The tibia bone was actually right the first time, you should be able to feel it on your legs unless you have some defect >_>
The tibia defect matches the fingers defect.
