You guys are "more talented" because you're on a long winning streak. When you lose 2-3 in a row in a few weeks, suddenly the team will seem very thin without Yao.

No offense to you Rocket fans, you guys had a terrible break.

With Yao, I think you could have made some noise this year...great streak going on 13.

But if the Rockets make the Playoffs at #8 seed, every team will be killing each other to get that #1 spot to play you. You can't make up for the loss of Yao.

why would they want to play the rockets over denver or GS ? the rockets actually play defense....

Nuggets are a bad road team and the Rockets are playing top notch defense right now. Nuggets will not win. The reason why the Rockets have this winning streak is because they are beating the teams they are "supposed to beat" aka the Nuggets.

I can't do anything but root for the Rockets to be successful after what happened to Yao.

Plus, anything to (hopefully) keep Golden State out of the playoffs.

You'll see Sunday that this isn't just T-Mac's team. The Rockets are playing some hard nosed "i'm gonna punch you in the balls take your money and nail your girl" kind of defense right now. The whole team has taken it upon themselves to win for Yao. Just like T-Mac said in a recent interview "It's not on me...It's on US."

Anyhow, I will be interested to see how well the defense plays against a top offensive team.

I will bump this when the nugs get introduced to REAL defense and ball-hopping offense even with Yao out. Streak will NOT end with the nugs.

you guys are probably right. The Nuggets will probably turn up with their 'F' game and lose by 20 and then lose the next 4 after that. I gotta have hope they can win all the rest of their games or else i would be a horrible fan, right?
