    Pierce by himself beat the Spurs @ATT last year, breaking some kind of Duncan era string.

    Pierce got a lot more help this year while the Spurs are demonstrating how badly a defending champion can embarrass itself. I'm not feelin real good about this one. Low expectations.

    lot of pessimism from the would be defending champions that I'm seeing here. What does this say about the Spurs repeating? Hmmm

    Completely wrong mindset not just from fans but also from the team. Spurs are flushed in the first or second round.

    I want to hear that the Spurs kicked the Celts' effing asses. The Spurs owe them some mighty payback, plus the Spurs cannot afford to lose tonight. Period. I expect the Spurs to play this one like a deep playoff game from the first tip.
