I'm getting dizzy trying to keep up with the standings. You don't play you can drop 4 spots. If you play and lose you can go from 1 to 5. Damn!

Spurs have won 6 straight and have only won 6 of last 10
That has not happened in Tim Duncan era.
Riiight, because of that bull rule where division winner gets no lower than 4 seed...that is such a crock. Everyone plays same schedule except for 2 games....it should not matter if you win your crappy division.
1 Hornets
2 Spurs
3 Lakers (Pacific representative, although inferior record to Rockets)
4 Utah (Northwest representative, although inferior record to Rockets)
5 Houston
Wow, the top 3 records in the West belong to the Midwest division

Spurs now control their own destiny through WC semis....if NO wins 10 of last 11 games, they clinch the #1 seed, even if SA wins out.....damn head to head record will bite them in the ass.

looks like it will be another Spurs-Nuggets 1st rd, assuming the Nuggets keep rolling. They could sneak up and grab the 7th seed but i doubt it.
Health is all that matters going into the playoffs for any team capable of contending. I'll take health over HCA any day of the week. All teams 1-8 are good.

That's how I'm hoping it ends........I don't like being the 1 seed...it's bad luck in the West, check history.
