How do you know I work for nothing? You have no idea how much I earn. And I pay the same taxes as you, I just pay them all at once intead of spreading it out and overpaying like you do, and giving the "white man" an interest-free loan every year instead of making it work for you, like a smart man who isn't blinded by his bitterness does.
And, the way I see it, the best revenge for decades of oppresion is to make a good life for yourself. Anger and bitterness are barriers to that goal.

I never understood that stereotype growing up, because every Mexican I knew was a damn hard worker. But as an adult, I see some of those people and it makes me angry.
