well, that makes more sense...he just didn't seem like himself last night.
Get well, Manu!![]()
What's the big deal? spurs still got the MVP Timmy and MVP Tony.
in lots of people's discussion;Manu is not even a MVP candidates to them.![]()

Yeah I noticed Manu's last shot was on one foot and he was limping really badly into the lockerroom at halftime but I didn't think anything about it. I just thought Pop was starting him in the third to try to get something out of it. Since Manu hasn't been playing well for a while anyways we might as well shut him down until the playoffs. We need him healthy to get anywhere. Get Well Soon.
called this one about 2 weeks ago.
spurs just giving manu some rest before the playoffs, if we are to believe the writing on the wall.
manu will be fine.
He played last night with it. Had it been really bad he woudln't have done that. I just think - as Bruno said - this is them being really careful. They shoudln't need him to beat Seattle anyway.
I guess we'll see how bad they want to beat LA. I anticipate if they want to avoid a certain team or really want to win that game for a certain reason we'll see Manu play Sunday unless his leg is falling off. Otherwise he'll probably sit until the playoffs begin.
Very bad timing on this injury. Manu hasn't looked "right" for the past few games, I think he really needs the rest.
The bad news is with a tiebreaker game against Lakers and Utah still on tap, this injury might mean a #5 seed which would be on the road against (Lakers/Suns/Rockets or Jazz) in the first round depending on who goes down to #4. It looks like it will be Suns or Jazz.
I calle dthis last night as I was eating dinner with friends around no TVs. My buddy checked the box on his iPhone and said Suns won in a blowout. I thought two things: 1. One of the big 3 got injured, or 2. we threw the game. Then I saw Gino had 8 points and got worried...
what was his problem against jazz?
you stupid s think yall are knowledgable dah, ya'll don't know about the spurs chances now. just shut up and sit back dah.
At the very least, returning for the last game of the regular season would be good enough. That game will likely mean something and it will allow Manu to work off the rust. If he has to sit until the playoffs begin, that's a really bad sign.
and then you saw that it was just #3. Suns spanked the Spurs.
Does a healthy Manu change things?
Yeah.
Alot? Maybe not.
Who knows.
Puts my mind at ease slightly about last nights game, but I don't think this team is doing anything this year now though.
now whos gonna shoot 1-9 and have 6 TOs in the playoffs?
why have a forum if we can not post our thoughts on it?
Ime Udoka.
Horrible news. The game on Sunday will probably decide home court between the Spurs and Lakers.
They better have a bad azz massage therapist with Manu 24/7. That's all I gotta say.
I know repeat championships aren't supposed to be easy but this is getting ridiculous.
Reminds me alot of the 95 Rockets, but Duncan doesn't have the at ude Olajuwon had though.
This is not looking good with all the offensive struggles and injuries.
We need to score
Sign DJ for a 10 day contract
I have been thinking that too. But we know TD is capable of playing at an Olajuwon level. We will see what happens. He could cement his legacy this year.
I just wish Barry was able to play.
Yeah hes capable, I just don't think he wants to anymore..
Is this the same T Park?? The Spurs won't do anything this year?
Damn
