You listened to WOAI the night David Robinson scored 71 points against the Clippers and are desperately trying to find a tape of that game.
I sat in my car night after night after I moved from SA to Bryan, Texas so I could listen to the Spurs on WOAI, because the car radio is the only one that can pick up Spurs games.
I jumped 5 feet( 3 feet higher than my normal vertical leap) in the air, the second that I saw Bob Bass' and the Spurs' card did not come up, and Phoenix' did, for the 2nd pick in 1987 Draft Lottery, realizing that the Spurs won the lottery and the right to draft David Robinson.

I have also been known to sit in the car to listen to the games...did it quite often when I lived in NM.
For that matter... who was the second pick that year....???

If I recall correctly, if you were in nosebleed sections, you did not have obstructed view, that was only lower down in the higher priced seats.

- You went to the games at the Dome since it was cheaper than watching them on TV
- You spent the night in line with homeless people at the Dome twice for Finals tickets and then went driving around looking for Ticketmaster outlets with short lines
- You constantly told Laker fans in LA they still weren't during the 3-peat
- Stay up from 2 am til 5 am to listen to (and sometimes watch) Spurs games live everytime the Spurs play.
- Never schedule any meetings before 11 am on days following Spurs games so you can read all about the game in this forum.
- When going on business trips only book hotels with high speed internet access so you don't miss any games.
- Your 5 year old daughter can recognize the Spurs by the logo on their Jersey but does not recognize the national flag on the jerseys of team Slovenia.
