He makes $14.6M this year, but he's in the last year of his contract.or even Ilgaskas?
Yeah he had his best game of the season , but who was that against? and .. Guru .. lets take tonight for example against Dallas, shall we?
C. Kaman C 36min 4-10 FG's 8 pts 4 Reb's 2 Assists 1 Blocked Shot.. Get real.

I tend to base my opinions on what I see, and not the numbers; although I pimp numbers when they are huge (like the 18-15 Kaman had prior to his 21-14 against the Spurs).
Kaman is a good 7'0" basketball player, and within the next year or two I think he will become VERY good at his position.
Do you disagree?
Guru, I dont disagree necessarily, but I don't think that we should trade multiple players for him like someone stated earlier in here. The kid is young and has only room to grow and has been playing great here of late. No one can tell the future but I can tell that he is inconsistent and its those "special" players who overcome that flaw to become "very good" at their position. Now if you could deal Rasho for Kaman straight up? Definitely. Considering his age and skill level for being 7 foot? Of course. Who wouldn't? Nothing more though. One for one , straight up.
Sounds like we agree 100%; my replies in this thread simply failed to acknowledge the opinions of Sequ.
My bad.
Kaman...a before and after endorsement opportunity just waiting to happen

Jeopardy response- What was Rasho Nesterovic's line against the Spurs on 11/24/01?!!
Dunno about the rest, but his career high in points (24) was scored in that game.

What's his career high with the Spurs and when?
RASHO NESTEROVIC C 30 12-23 0-0 0-0 8 4 12 1 3 1 0 1 24

Did he ever get 23 shots since he is playing for the spurs? I don't think so and it's ok the way it is. But don't expect him to score 20+ point if he only gets 5-8 attempts per game.
He could if he was more aggressive and went to the line more.![]()
Well, at <50% FT average, I guess not.![]()
12-23 shooting and he didn't go to the line once?!!!Damn that must be a record or something!

Kaman has 9 points, 10 rebounds and 2 blocks in the first half tonight.
Not too bad.
Kaman blows.
Note the first post by thread starter Sequ on page 1.

Chris Kaman looks to be a promising true NBA Center...
At 7’ 270lbs he enjoys using that big body to muscle for rebounds...Last night he had a solid 14 points and 16 rebounds for the Clippers' 105-89 victory over the Lakers...![]()
