From now on anytime I am having a rough day at work I am chalking it up to "the Flu"

I cant believe that the Spurs wouldnt provide Flu shots for the team before the season starts. I would think all franchises would be doing that by now. Personally if I was in the Spurs staff and one of the bigger names (Duncan, Parker, Gino) got the flu they would not be seeing any game time. The amount of fatigue that can cause can linger for the entire season.

Hey dude. All I did was ask where someone had heard that Parker had the flu and suddenly I was the one taking all the heat for this thread that I didn't even start.

P.S. Don't worry. I have every intention of reminding the folks in this forum of Parker's disappearing acts when the playoffs come around. Doesn't matter though. Guys like (ma boy) Manu, Beno, and Barry will bail him out but Parker will still get all the credit around here.

One bad (ok horrible) game in, what, 6 weeks and TP is to be traded... Come on, some of you (certainly no Spurs fan) deserve this trade, just to see what you'll then miss so badly.

Flu or not, TP deserve (and earned) more respect than some of you (very vocals) show him... Really strange at ude toward this young french guy.

For the poster who mentionned his contract, TP is still in his rookie contract... And give us a break with Beno, he'll need to prove much more before he can claim the starting job... What was Pop's reaction about trading Parker and having Beno running the point: laugh. And guess what ?Pop knows more than you and I, way more...
