Yeah, I always watch DWTS but when I saw what the breaking news was I didn't care much about the show anymore. I didn't go to the university but it is part of our city. I always loved driving by the school and just taking in it's beauty. I haven't talked to my aunt since 8 o'clock but I am sure she's devestated. I wouldn't doubt if she was there watching.

I was wondering that myself. That would be about the lamest thing anyone could do.

I hope that the students and alumni are able to overcome this situation. Hopefully this present the community with an opportunity to come together.

Was just reading some of the updates and it seems there was a trashcan fire earlier in the day across the street, could be connected. Or maybe not.

Very sad though. I grew up near Woodlawn Lake and drove by OLLU many times and never stopped being in awe of the beautiful spires and it's almost magical (to a little girl, anyway) aura.

On a side note: while OLLU was burning, my nephew and his cat had to evacuate their apartment when the unit next door caught fire. Luckily, he, the cat and his wife were able to go back in after the fire was put out. I still can't believe he grabbed the cat and not his PS3 *shakes head*
