Good luck with that, cuz the boogeyman returns in November.
Congrats to the Lakers, they clearly outplayed the Spurs. Kobe was amazing shooting the ball with his FG% numbers.
Good luck with that, cuz the boogeyman returns in November.
They did great and they didn't panic after getting down when the Spurs got out to that huge lead, I think they let the Spurs do that, knowing full well they would waste all thier energy and then just slowly reel them in. Good Job, who cares who's in the finals now.
Only if the Celtics come out of the east. If Detroit comes out then we will cheer them on because we have more respect for Detroit than L.A. Sorry but just stating the obvious.
Congrats on your Western Conference championship...
I hope the Pistons make it to the Finals and you all up![]()
Go Celts go Pistons blah blah blah it dont matter at least we stopped u from the finals and get the last western WCF laugh hahahahaha
Man there are still Mavs fans showing there faces around here??!?!! Didn't your season end in April?
![]()
Congrats Lakers. Still hope Boston or Detroit wins it all
I wish it could have been my boys who dethroned the champs, but congrats to the Lakers and congrats to the Spurs for such a hard fought battle.
San Antonio! Are you ready for '08-'09? A new year and another chance for our teams to hate each other!![]()
Congrats to the L.A. Lakers. Now go represent the West well.
I leave you with this funny music/video. http://kezfun.net/657-Camel_Toe
Give it time to load(5-10 seconds). It's well worth it.
All the credit to the Lakers. Congratulations Lakers! good job.
Guess what? What? It's over. What? Yea like hit records are short. Take off eh!!
Bob and DOug MacKenzie
Congrats Lakers
Congrats Lakers but Lebron will be too much for you in the Finals.
The classy fans ...a CLASSY team ...CLassy organization and a classy city ...I love it here in SA ...even though i get dirty looks when i wear my Lakers gear ...
Damn, I didn't see this. I suck.
HAAHHAAHAHAHAHAHAHA
What?
Stop taking drugs and posting
congratulations to the lakers and good luck in the finals.![]()
Can't believe I'm saying this, but Congrats to the Lakers. They were the better team without a doubt. Their offense was as good as advertised and their defense was even better. Tough, tough team that made all the big plays. Kobe is an absolute beast. He's hard to root for, but his talent is undeniable. And to think he is just now entering his prime years.
Yeah congrats! I hope Boston beats you guys though. I can't stand to see Fisher grinning again after winning another le as many times he has F'ed us!!
Hey all. I just joined so I hope you don't mind the post.
Know what-- as a Lakers fan I could not agree more. I was pissed when Sasha shot that 3 at the end. Totally stupid and probably won't be forgotten by players around the league.
It looked like a few SA players might have refused to shake his hand afterward or at least just turned the other way. I partly chalk it up to inexperience but there's really no excuse. Never should have happened!
By the way, I was at game 4 at the AT&T Center and was so impressed with the Spurs fans. It's a wonder anybody EVER wins in that place. You get it rockin. Also there is no denying the class that Pop and his team bring to the league. The Spurs compete HARD and there are never any excuses. An athlete can always hold their head up high when you do that consistently.
I'm just glad the Lakers have Kobe is all. He never ceases to amaze me in the clutch.
Too much Kobe. Bottom line. The other Lakers are good role players that play well together - but they have their limitations. Kobe was the difference all the way through. I am sorry our shooting guard was not able to play to the level he played all year long. Manu's physical condition prevented this from being a long, classic series.
The better team won. Yuck.
...I live in lakerland...
These next few weeks are going to be miserable. I hope the Pistons take them out, so the misery won't last past June.
Oh...but Lakers played a great series. I would've liked to see an adequate Manu though. Heck, I would've liked to see a 100% Bynum and a 100% Manu. I think it would've gone 6 or 7. (Spurs winning of course!)
