Dunno about Farmville but it's basically just a little micromanaging game. You get health and energy points, then you click on buttons that either commit some sort of crime (which gets you money to buy stuff) or buttons to fight other mobsters. You can level up and do bigger jobs and . It's super simply but oddly addictive. I expect Farmville is much the same since those Facebook app games aren't too damn deep.
