tim was looking horrible tonight but he showed up big time when it mattered, that's what great players do and he is certainly one of the greatest.
You do realize that it was Ginobil that was setting the table in the last two minutes, right?
Ginobili's three assists were the reason the Spurs won instead of lost.

You live or die by it, Pop always has faith in Tim regardless of how many shots he's missed previously, sometimes it pays off and sometimes it doesn't, tonight it did.
Interestingly he seemed to play better after the sprain, I don't know the stats right now off hand but I'm sure I'm correct....
I'm half way to 60 and I barely fit in my genuine Duncan jersey...(I know there was a point to be made somewhere...) but the win makes everything aaallllrrriiiggghhhttt!!!
that middle picture is tight as
That got me. I was ready to commit hari kari had Ray Ray made that shot.
He also played better with manu setting him up for easy looks, instead of being handed the ball 20 ft. away with the entire Seattle D between him and the hoop, and only 10 seconds to do something with it.
Sure am mate.
We can force MI21 to come over from WA, too.![]()

Last year I changed the station when there was .4 left so when I saw .5 on the clock I gathered myself to stay on the game. Damn I was gonna put a foot through the TV if it went in.
Talk about poetic.
BTW, mad props Antonio. Your technical was the dumbest one, bricking a layup (like we saw you do so often here in SA) and then whining about it.

Pop's a great coach....did you see him pull Manu and Tim, while they were celebrating, by thier jersey to get them in the huddle during the last time out. He knew the game wasn't over.
Damn .5 had me thinking .4
That was a long ass game. So glad it went the right way...I don't even want to imagine how negative it would be in here if they lost....
the last play wasnt for timmy..it was for manu to drive left... therefore timmy was on the right.. that dumbass potpendeho came to help... and manu got the assist of the game. I guess game three when mr. potpendeho so called "prevented" timmy from hitting the game winner came back to bite him in his ass.
ya, and if pop called more plays for tim, spurs would have won by 10
thats the way the cookie crumbles
They shouldn't force feed the ball to duncan that much in my opinion. I think Manu has been the MVP for the spurs so far in the playoffs by far! He's missed so many wide open layups these playoffs.
Good point. I hope this game and series will provide some intestinal for ude to the Spurs. It's all about having to dig down inside yourself to win, even when you're playing ugly, and your best players aren't up to par. They've made some big strides in this series.
They don't quite have the determination and will to win of the 99 squad yet, but they can get there. Go Spurs.
Wow... when I saw this in the box score I didnt believe it. But, its right... he settled for the jumpers... but lets give credit where credit is due... Bruce Bowen wins with his sissy defense. Its one of many key stats.. dont give me .
After this series...i will say..."No respect!" for Jerome James....
Go fishin with your magic thrash bag!

Had my head under my shirt listening to the play by play....

If that shot had gone in, I would have no other choice but to fly to seattle and kill ray allen myself for being such a 3-point cheater.
him and his dumbass looks when he committed fouls near the end of the game. he looked like a moron
lol.. that guy... was that a condom in his mouth when he fouled out?...and did anyone notice that he looked like he wanted to cry like alittle that he is. ... no respect james... none.
We have officially come full circle.
