didn't watch the game but it's pathetic of espana to start the tournament with a 1-5 defeat, good luck fighting for 1/8 qualification, Chile ain't an easy opponent either. Netherlands ain't championship contender by any means but still they deserve credit for putting an end to Spain's 3-peat (two euro cups and one World Cup).

refs ed England on purpose 4yrs ago in South Africa imho. The refs were all from Uruguay and Uruguay was an unofficial ally to the Reich during the war. Been a fan of Lampard for more than a decade but still I have no sympathy for England as a team, the British s pretty much deserved that. Even French s (like Plattini) hate those s.
