But to have them control most of the quarters of play against us this series is just unexpected. Oh, and OKC and Houston didn't have a 10 game ownage against their respective opponents prior to their 1st round matchups.

They also don't have an elite coach like Rick Carlisle and a team full of guys with a lot of playoff experience. Obviously, we underestimated Dallas a lot. Even though, some of it has been pretty flukey.

Thank goodness for the FT advantage. Mavs not only shot 50%, but had 12 extra shots than the spurs. 50% FG on 12 shots = 6 points. That's the lead. It's rebounding. Mavs have freaking 9 offensive rebounds and all those extra shots are what is keeping them alive in addition to 44% 3 point shooting. Spurs have limited how many attempts, but they are hitting them at a nice clip.

If the Spurs can cut out the turnovers (or at least force as many as they commit) and clean up the glass, they should win. Tim needs to focus on the glass tonight. His man is not a scoring threat and Tim is caught in no mans land. Not helping off and not boxing out. He needs to make better decisions.

I'm disappointed we haven't figured out a proper counter to Blair. We're letting him dominate out there with the dirty work and hustle.

Parker stuggling to score against one of the worst defensive teams in the playoffs. This was supposed to be an easy matchup for him too. Imagine what Lebron and the Heat would do to Frenchie this year.
