Would you take Lebron over your boy Kobe now?
I will say it. Thank you. I was at work so I couldn't say it earlier (missed the game). Having said that, I don't want the Lakers to win, though. If you somehow did, I wouldn't be mad, but I'd rather TD, and to a lesser degree Kobe still be ahead with the 5 rings than have Lebron or Curry or any of these guys match us in rings. Curry's ring count is also bull because two of those are with a stacked team when Durant bolted there. I feel Lebron's total ring count is a little more legit than Curry's, but still not as great as TD's due to also having a super team in Miami and the other one being a bubble championship (I don't mind that it was a shortened season or anything like that, but not having to play away games with fans is the main thing I have against that one. Winning playoff away games in a hostile arena is hard).
I also just simply like the era I grew up with better, and just don't want to see us matched in total ring count (I also feel both the Spurs and Lakers could have had more rings and surpassed Jordan in ring count if things went out way in 3 or 4 seasons where we didn't win it/if Shaq and Kobe got along better and he didn't leave etc.). I still don't think these current guys are better, as I don't think they do as well with the rules teams played with back then. I could be wrong on that, but that is what I think about it.

At the Golden Frauds and all of their shameless national media cohorts, who pretended all along they were some boogeyman that everyone should be afraid of, only for them to once again get exposed the rare times they can't catch significant opponent injury luck or face teams with low end star power.
Agreed! Duncan to me is closer to the top 5 as well, but oh man, we underestimate the logic or lack thereof from the ESPN/mainstream media/mainstream fan demographic. They were drooling at the thought of replacing a Spur in Duncan on the top 10 with someone like Steph Curry, lol.
Lebron has AMAZING stats. Pop's system VERY RARELY allowed stat-padding, which in my opinion most NBA players who have amazing stats career wise and or season by season, stat-pad to at minimum some extent. Again, Pop's system did not allow it. Duncan, Ginobili, and Parker could've easily averaged 25+, if they were allowed to do so.
Duncan basically gets hate from the mainstream in regards to him being better than Kobe or even KG for instance, because he was around a 21ppg type of player, when he could've easily averaged more. That and plus he was a San Antonio Spur, which docks even more points. If he does everything he did on the Spurs but as a Laker, he'd be a safe-lock in the top 10, maybe even top 5 for life. Duncan is one of barely a handful of players in history to drag a team that wouldn't even have made the playoffs without him, to a championship.
I don't agree with the love Lebron gets for the GOAT talks because of the teams he had and how he manufactured them. If you're talking GOAT conversation, everything, ESPECIALLY championships should be meticulously scrutinized, yet Lebron gets a pass and is able to cut in line because he's the hip to choice to do so, or maybe for some other reason I'm missing (I get his stats, of course). He's without a doubt top 10 and easily probably top 5, but GOAT conversation, I don't agree. He does have GOAT level talent, no question.
I guess I should have phrased it better would you put him ahead of Kobe on your all-time rankings for players.
Ge the goat pf so by some measure he top 5 …
Done was saying Steph would surpass Magic as goat PG with a 5th ring
I like Steph …
But that
you know china doll will go down before the lakers ring dont you?
For me he doesn't have to ring in 23.
His performance vs the Warriors un atizes him.
Great games. Assertive. Overcame WarriorRef. Shoved Donkeys in. Played thru injury.
Even if the Flame Show loses to Denver, AD proved himself a balla to me in this Warriors eradication.
Now as to the All Time chit, that's LOL at this point true.
lol
i prefer De- atizes instead of un atizes him
but i get your point- too bad green or curry didnt also blow out their knees or worse tbh
So we can call him A - De for now?![]()
Probably because Lebron told unibrow to put on his big boy pants because that’s what leaders do to motivate other grown professional men.
Not sure a PRO needs to be bullied into doing his job though...
A professional grown man is self motivated or should be anyway...
Embiid is a ing bum. Getting out worked on the glass by Williams and settling for week fadeaway or step back J’s. Just give the MVP to Jokic from now on till proven otherwise
that too
Not watching the game because it’s nice outside
What did he do?
It’s frustrating because he could dominate inside if he wanted to
Silverberg foaming at the mouth at the idea of a Lakers - Celtics Finals
Expect some rigging in the Conference Finals
I found this jersey in a daytime Club. Go Boston bro.
Harden is playing worse … the greatest scorer ever because of the “data” according to some cats lol
