Yeah, last time I checked, a piledriver is when you put a person's head between your legs, lift them up head first, and slam their head into the ground. Correct me if I'm wrong.
You're correct. Now since Finley is on top of Terry, the ref on the floor should have counted Terry after the count of 3...

    Er... ironic...

Man, the entire Mavs' organization has lost its composure. AJ looking like he just shot his dog of 16 years after the game, Terry pulling that sheeyit, Cuban going on a rambling spiel about the San Antonio River and the tragedy of a closed hand being considered a fist, etc...man, they've been broke.

What post-game were You watching? AJ looked fine and so did Dirk, they weren't down about anything. Your fans in San Antonio however looked like they just won another ring not realizing they were sitll down by one game. Some started bopping my bf's head with those stupid sticks while we were walking to the car, had to pop them for her. Terry should've known better, but whatever, we can deal. Bring some Kleenex tomorrow, purrs.

True, true...which is why Bowen's foul on Dirk last night will come back to kick his ass tomorrow night.

Mavs can't close out a series when given a golden opportunity to step right on their jugular...and the Spurs are the "purrs"?

    Okay.
This can work both ways. The Mavs didnt go down 3-1 in the series..

But, the Mavs did miss a golden opportunity.. but they have another shot at it tomorrow.

    Agreed.

Pop always says that he hates playing short-handed teams because they are like a wounded animal fighting to survive.

People shouldn't start to count their chickens concerning a Game 6 win.

I don't see this giving Dallas the emotional edge that Artest's suspension gave Sacramento. The Kings at ude was they had nothing to lose, and they played loose and almost stole one in game 2 because of it. Dallas has everything to lose. They're under a tremendous amount of pressure tomorrow.

    Okay.
Care to recap the point spread for the games that were lost by the purrs? Talk about golden opportunities.

Actually I was minding my own business and this lady was like 45 or older. Of course during the game I got razzed and I fully expected that, didn't bother me. After the game though, while walking to the card and talking to my s.o., I'm not too crazy about post-menopausal women and drunk hicks getting in my face.

Funny, that's the most apt description of Mavs fans I've seen yet.

Obviously. The fact that you're still thinking about it now has me completely convinced that it was no big deal.

Right. So maybe I should come up with a cute little name for the Mav's choke job so I can show everyone how clever I am, too.

Oh, wait....I just saw Mavpricks used somewhere. Maybe I can hijack that one. That was cute, no?

No it won't and I'll tell you why, Bowen has the maturity, through blood, sweat, tears and letdowns in the past. Terry apparently has not learned. You DO NOT warrant the "swagger" until you have actually won something plain and simple. What he did is stupid and dallas fans need to accept that.

I agree it was stupid.. but the NBA suspending him for that and not touching Reggie Evans exceeds the stupidity. And I know punches are automatic suspensions but still??

It means Reggie Evans should have gotten a suspension, not that they should just start ignoring the rule because of the mistake of him not getting one.

Or maybe the no-call on the block is karmic payback for all the fouls Dirk has drawn in this series while pushing off the defender?

For the 567890 time - punch is an automatic suspension. Which word in this sentence needs to be explained?
Punch? Is? An? Automatic? Or maybe suspension? Don't be shy, just say which word is the problematic one.

What foul? There was no foul on that block. The hand is considered part of the ball. That block was clean.

"The hand is part of the ball"...that was in no way, shape or form a foul. So we're still due some payback.
