But they don't get Technicals. You know why? Because they can get their point across but still be professionals by not swearing at the refs. Something the Mavs, Suns and especially certain Pistons would be wise to learn. You're allowed to argue with a ref, but you have to treat him with respect.

oh no, i'm going to cry...mavs lost by 2 points to the suns, spurs lost by 16 to the suns last time they played and the spurs were up going into the second half, hollinger can chomp on that

in all fairness the spurs were already slumping back then and the score wasn't honest in how close the game really was.


having said that, all the spurs fans need to stfu b/c while we're riding a nice streak I'd still take the mavs over us in 6


and xylus, 99/100 the suns would've lost that game

I wouldn't say they play D when it matters.


They played superb tonight but if we had an entire series going to OT I think the mavs would take home a majority of them


the suns are merely 4-3 in OT themselves so they still have crunch time issues


but regardless, congrats on the win, it must be nice to be a suns fan right about now

Amare's a of player, but a complete dope. He came off REALLY poorly in that McCallum book. Dude is dumber than a brick. And throwing the ball at Carroll that other game was weak.

most of the time the shooter would not get the foul call in that situation

so dirk did the right thing in just shooting it as oppose to trying so hard in drawing the foul and missing badly (a la' duncan)

Dirk wasn't thinking about capitalizing, all the great leader players do it, a la Michael Jordan, Nash, Wade, Kobe, with high IQ's/skill do it. (Not that Dirk isn't smart, but I think he got frazzled hence his technical--and not that Kobe is a great leader either, but he's a dominant player) Even Sam Cassell is an expert at getting his shot off, while getting the call. There were enough seconds left for a foul.

Well, the bigger indicator was when he started attacking the same ref that T'ed him up about that stupid out of bounds call he thought should have been a foul... needs to just give it up after he got the first one
