I'm not Floss, but I feel Texas is putting all its cards on the table for Zach Evans at the moment. Jordan is definitely a RB2 take for this class IMO and he would compliment Evans perfectly, as more of a change of pace back.

As of right now I'm still thinking Zach will end up at Bama, and i think we have a great shot at Milton depending on what happens with USC. They are in trouble and they need a big splash hire to right the ship. Hopefully we take advantage and raid the West coast.

I somewhat agree. Evans seems to be going through the motions with Texas. At least he can't use OL play as an excuse anymore.

Our best asset in Evans' recruitment is big brother. We'll see. Every handler/trainer in Houston is probably blowing up his phone/social media.

Of us and sooners I get the feeling Milton is more enamored with sooners right now. Following both visits he seemed to be bumping more sooners related accounts on Twitter. Just the feeling I get but unlike some of us here I’m not ready to right off Zach Evans.

^^ If I had to call it one thing with Zach my gut says he wants to see Texas put up another year as good as this if not definitely better. We’re fighting off teams who’ve been stacking championship quality years for a decade. We got to show consistency to contend for the great ones. Prove this year wasn’t a fluke and we’re planning on staying relevant for years to come.

This is one guy I’m hoping jumps on the boat pretty soon. I’m a bit surprised he hasn’t yet with all his ties to the program but I’m hoping he’s helping gain attention for his twin brother since he’s yet to receive a Texas offer. Wonder if one is not far from coming, he was recently offered by Iowa and that school seems to produce OL on a consistent basis.
