Just went outside, its all rain but its freezing pretty bad. I'm kinda worried because there are some huge trees all around us with a bunch of leaves, and the amount of ice on them is getting very high.
well at least its nice to know i get some ice.
my car is frozen solid i guess. Too bad I dont have my good camera with me tonight, hopefully there will be some left when i wake in the morning, so i can snap a photo or two.
The mountain laurel in the backyard is leaning bad. The banana trees are growing new ice branches.
It was fun trying to slide through the yard.
ya thats gonna be one of the big worries. luckily all our trees are bare or nearly bare.
I know there is a good 1/2 inch layer of ice at least on the gate.
Damn, I almost blew up just now. I was looking outside seeing if it was sleeting or raining and I see this black guy walking around and he goes to my truck and bends down and was shining a light on my tire. If he would of slashed that , he would of ed up big time. I went outside to check to see if my tire was alright and it was.
Even if he did slash your tire, you would've been ed. Don't act like you would've been able to kick anyones ass. I could've sent my 5 year old nephew out to slash your tire and you still wouldn't have done about it.
I don't understand the need to qualify that it was a black man looking at your tire with a flashlight. If it had been a white guy acting su iously around your truck, would you have been less inclined to assume he was going to slash your tire?

No, it is strange for some strange person to be looking at a tire with some light. What in the is the point in that? Plus there have been lots of black people stealing stuff and keying cars around my apartment. So there was very good su ion.

I'm staying home today too. It took me an hour and a half to get home yesterday on a normal 20 minute drive. Now today with more roads closed and the kids home again? I'm staying home today.
Just got the call... stay home. Things outside look pretty bad and I just read on woai.com that there's a huge accident on southbound I-35 that's shut down that part of the highway.
